Into the ordering stages so need everyones pics that have not sent them yet.

Have the 13 going to the bidders, and about 12 more spoken for. So that leaves around 25 up for grabs. At the moment the bidding has pretty much covered the order sans shipping. So whats made from the extras will be the donation. In the end will put up the totals and whats spent/made. At the 50 order they should be about $15 shipped, a bit less for any additional calanders on the same order since they can be mailed together.
Also working on maybe getting some FMBC ovals to put in with each calander will update that as we figure that part out.

If more than the extra 25 are needed we run into a problem, at this price there is no profit made to give back and unless the extra 50 are all spoken for it would eat into the profit from the first 50 and defeat the purpose of the project. If we did get the second order the price per would need to go up.Anyone have any thoughts on this?

So get in line and lets see how many we need to order and can go from there. Remember 100% of whats made goes to help with the Ronald McDonald house raffle bus this year.

Thanks Paul, got it and replied back to ya. The $15 includes postage/envelopes to mail them in. But if anyone wants to send a bit extra it will all be added to the final donation.

Which this brings up another question i was going to post once all was in line. Mark said they may not be doing the raffle bus this year, so should the monies made just be given directly to the Ronald mcDonald house in the clubs name? I know we have quite a few charities we support and all are special to us all. Once all are mailed out and the cost is subtracted will post what it makes and maybe start a thread on what we should do with it. With some slight ciphering should be between $200 and $400 made. hope for the latter! But just a thought to put out there for all to think about and when the totals are done can decide then.
