Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

thanks, all that is there, but there a couple of trays that are the same material as the dash cup holder, one has a small hole and there is a small wooden box that has the same handles as the cabinets, I'll get some shots and post them up to see what you think.
