Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

We are hearing about the Gilboa Dam failure here in Binghamton NY, We are currently without power, forcast is possibly back in a week. it came on tonight long enough to jump in the shower and have it go back out by the time i got soaped up!
We are running on a genarator. I was on craiglist today and found my $150 Coleman powermate 1800 genarator for sale in Allentown for $800. maybe I should stock up and sell them in time of need. My wife is ready for a hot shower, and a good nights sleep.
