Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned  correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

					Found this ad on the Orlando craigslist...........

Try to find one of these cars. There are only seven known ones to exist.

The rarest VW ever made. It has the same engine as the vanagon, the westfalia, air cooled. Runs great.
The factory body is all fiberglass, there is no rust anywhere,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,RARE car.
It has a five speed manual transmission.

					Only 7 known to exist where? The state of Florida? It may be rare, but not MADE by VW... I think there are probably rarer kits out there, but I am not that up and up on my kit cars.

The one for sale on the samba right now is cheaper and looks to be in better condition... if you're looking
