I have 2 "Westys", same year, same color scheme, 1 full camper and a weekender.
I am selling the weekender for $6000

or use as downpayment on a VWsynchro-camper (4x4).

I originally bought the weekender for parts for my camper, but then it kept running so well after i gave it new cylinder heads, new steering fluid pump, shocks.....

Update for memorial service for Elizabeth Christian Parker wednesday 4:30-5ish on folly, 512 E Cooper, potluck, bring coolers blankets chairs picnics instruments etc. come hang out and celebrate Parker.

The first part of this will be a sharing of stories and saying our goodbyes. Please bring some flowers to send out into the ocean for her.

The second part will be a celebration of her life. Please bring any instruments, toys, ridiculous outfits, whatever you would bring to a party honoring one of the best people to have ever graced this earth.

Please bring things for a "beach picnic" - food, beverages, blanket, bug spray, etc. We are also planning on making a collage for her parents so please bring any pictures of her that you are able to donate.

After the beach, we will all go over to Richard Brendel's house at 512 East Cooper and we'll be there until... well, until we're no longer there. If you are able to bring food to share with everyone, please bring it to Richard's and drop it off before the ceremony.

Richard also needs some help getting his house ready so if anyone wants to help with something, this would be a great way of helping. Call him at 843-478-0896.

RECAP OF WHAT TO BRING (if you want):
food & bev
bug spray
instruments and/or fun toys

And please feel free to invite anyone you'd like and share this. I'm sure I don't have everyone's info.

Snoop, thank you for your work on this event.
I won't be there in person, but I will be there in my heart.

This one time at campout...

Parker came around, it was later in the evening. Everyone was happy to see her, and she smiled. When Parker smiled, it was a whole body smile. She cocked her shoulders and projected it, and it was irresistible.

She wanted to feel our eyebrows. Maybe this might seem strange and unusual, but it was a campout and it was Parker, so it was totally and perfectly natural.

She came around the circle and took each one of us in turn. She looked into our eyes, placed her fingers on our cheek and gently brushed one eyebrow, stroked it with her thumb. It was mystical, in a subtle way and easy to miss.

I understood. The eyebrow is the window shade of the soul. She opened one, but not the other so as not to overwhelm anyone with enlightenment. Maybe she opened both on some and one on others, assessing the impact on a personal basis. She knew I could only take one...

She moved so gracefully through the world. Crying won't help her, but it makes me feel better.

Parker was such a creative soul, so bright and sweet! So fortunate for us that she touched so many of us and brought her light and positivity to so many young minds with which she worked. She taught creativity and modeled open mindednesss. Parker is surely speeding along the way to he next experience... She will be remembered fondly and missed here now. LOVE LOVE! OM Shanti Shanti Shanti, Parker!

My deepest condolences for Parker's friends and family, especially Derek. I can't even begin to imagine how hard this has hit them all. Its been years since I saw Derek and Parker but she was a lovely soul that you just don't forget. Wish I could join you all for the memorial. Please let us know if those of us afar can do anything to help. So sad.

Wow, that is a beautiful story. It brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for posting that Snoopy.

I wish I could join ya'll at Folly this evening. But I am stuck here in Asheville. I hope we can reconnect with our Charleston brethren at BrewBus in a few weeks.

Sadly, I just heard about Parker's death. I am totally shocked and at a loss for words. She was definitely a special person and the world was a better place with her in it.
