Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

Whats the best way to remove the fluid resevior off of the MC to replace seals. Without breaking it?

I just took mine off last week. Took a little muscle pulling straight up like aircooledbusses said but should pop right out.
