Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

My dad was out picking up a load of trees and notice a split window.So I went today and tried to see if it was for sale.It turned out it wasn't....But I found out and meet who it belong to.Crazy Aunt Sherry!!It was awesome to meet her and what a nice person she was.

Good times!

Might I re-iterate that I miss fix-yer-bus events? Campouts are amazing and fun, but I think the sharing of knowledge, enthusiasm, for fixing these old beauties are the very best thing about FMBC.
