Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

    Mine arrived in time and kept one for me and gave my parents one for Christmas. Funny thing was, my parents bought me a different bus calendar, so I still have two. Ours is much better though
