Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

first off i want to thank everyone for there help. i would like to keep the rgb's because i like the ride height. i think i will keep my center section in and add the big nut reductions. i heard the 67's would do 60-65 with 14'' tires and the .438r/p so i would imagine the the small nut center with .413r/p and 15'' tires would put me at a decant rpm/mph as long as 4th gear is the same in the small nut. rico suave i went to granny groses. i think i met u, was your old handle molly bus thanks again every one
