Yep 13 turns is ok. Putting back by number of turns is just a general guide to get it close assuming it was aligned correctly before you started.

what do you know about tie rods it said put back on with same # of turns as taken off took off in 12 turns but takes 13 to put back on the locking nut is in same spot at the 13 turns is this ok need to know now

Little Bus is up an running good. Replaced front end, brakes (brake cylinders, master cylinder and rear brake pads), shifter linkage, header, transaxle boots, tune-up, oil change and changed fluids in transaxle and a few other small things. Looking tosee if anyone is driving through Columbia on way to EveryBus. Seeing how it has not been on the road for several years a little worried to be alone.
